Patrick's thorough knowlwdge of the current local real estate market was instrumental in the sale of our property at a difficult time for sellers. Even though it was a buyer's market with lots of excess inventory available in the local market, we were able to sell our property in a reasonably short time period at a good price. Patrick's experitse is how to effectively prepare and market our property for sale was very helpful. Patrick was always responsive to our needs and concerns and was very professional to work with. We had also worked with Patrick on the purchase of our property in 2021 and had an equally positive experience. Highly recommend Patrick as realtor for purchase or sale of properties.

Patrick assisted my wife and I with building a new home in Florida. We live out of state. He saved us a lot of money from his negotiating with the contractor. He kept us informed about the home's progress. He did many things that we couldn't do because we live 1,500 miles away. He has done so many things for us that I feel embarrassed.
